Version 1.3 uploaded to apple today. Mostly cosmetic improvements

Version 1.2 of neurotoolkit was approved by apple on 2/10/2010 and is now on the app store!

Version 1.1 was just uploaded to Apple on 1/23/10!

It adds the ABCD2 and Spetzler-Martin Scales

There is now a summary of the NIHSS subscales on the last page.

You can now reset your old NIHSS without leaving the program.

Improved readability on many screens.
